Finalist of the Imagine Excellence awards 2019 , the e-commerce developed by WEBJUMP for Obramax, the first cash and carry store for building materials in Brazil, has now been included in the world’s outstanding cases on the Magento website. The features developed, the performance and responsiveness of the platform contributed to international recognition, in addition to some expressive numbers that the site has already achieved.
Developed in version 2 of Magento, the project is distinguished by being omnichannel and multistore, since Obramax uses, in all physical stores, the Magento platform and its sales channels (e-commerce, assisted sales and telesales).

Payment using PIX
Following the Pix method of payment, it is now possible in Obramax’s e-commerce to pay using only the Pix key. If it is in the consumer’s interest, it will no longer be necessary to use a credit and debit card to place the order.
Omnichannel
The Obramax project used native resources from Magento and had the flexibility and customization of the platform exploited by WEBJUMP to create an omnichannel and multistore platform. It meets the main raw material purchase needs of the construction segment online, either in person, through e-commerce or over the phone.
Triangulation
The development of a triangulation between the client, the work and the professionals in charge allowed the owner of the construction to authorize his employees to use credit linked to the work, both in the physical store and in e-commerce.
Quick search
The Omnichannel of Obramax was developed with the customer’s practicality in mind. The solution is easy to use and has a quick search system that generates approximate results, even for misspelled words.
Customer credit
The Obramax platform provides a line of credit to be used in Magento’s sales channels. With this credit, customers can buy on the spot and pay in a few days, weeks or months.
Assisted sale
Through a smartphone with a barcode scanner, the seller uses Magento to quote products, search the website for the items desired by the customer, apply discounts and close the order in the online shopping cart, which can be paid with existing credit. in the system or directly at the store’s cashier.
Budgets
WEBJUMP has also customized one of Magento’s native features, the wish list, so that it functions as a product quote system that can be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Communication with customers via Whatsapp
Whatsapp has become even smarter at Obramax, updating orders and general communications such as promotions and events are sent directly to the end consumer on their smartphones via the Magento platform.
